The Bay St. George Artists’ Association is sponsoring a solo exhibition of works by Tyler Natyshen, a 26-year-old Stephenville man who does drawings on canvas from old photographs.

The 36-piece exhibition features paintings, ink sketching and mixed media. Here, he poses for a photo with an ink sketching of Jim Morrison of The Doors, one of the pieces at the Stephenville Arts and Culture Centre that will be up until March 29.

A reception for the exhibition is taking place on at 7 p.m. on March 20. Natyshen, who is a student of the Digital Animation program at College of the North Atlantic in Stephenville, is the newest and youngest member of the Bay St. George Artists’ Association.
