HAPPY VALLEY-GOOSE BAY, N.L. — The Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP issued a release on Feb. 28 about an allegedly impaired driver taken off the road.
RCMP said that at approximately 2:30 a.m. on February 27, members conducted a traffic stop in the community.
A 68-year-old man from Happy Valley-Goose Bay was arrested and charged with impaired driving. His vehicle was seized and his driver’s licence was suspended for seven days.
The man was later released and is scheduled to appear in court on April 1, 2019.
