PORT UNION, N.L. — PORT UNION — It’s a cold case in a much different sense of the word.
Bonavista RCMP are investigating the theft of approximately 30,000 litres of iceberg water from a warehouse in Port Union, the value of which is between $9,000 to $12,000.
The theft occurred sometime between Friday, Feb. 8, and Monday, Feb. 11.
The water, which was not yet bottled, was taken from inside the building and was equivalent in volume to fill a tractor-trailer tanker.
