Auditor General Julia Mullaley is set to release a report on the management of the procurement of goods and services at the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District (NLESD) tomorrow, Sept. 12.
The report was completed upon a request made by the provincial government in April 2016 after reported allegations of fraud within the board.
It will include a review of the financial activities, transactions for specific vendors and internal controls focused on the facilities branch of the NLESD’s eastern region.
The report will be available on the Office of the Auditor General website at www.ag.gov.nl.ca/ag/reports.htm tomorrow.
