CORNER BROOK
An 18-year-old man is facing two charges as a result of incidents that occurred at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Friday.
At approximately 12:40 p.m. the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary responded to a report of a disturbance at the hospital.
Police say that two males had been in an altercation on the premises.
The 18-year-old and a 26-year-old were charged with causing a disturbance and released to appear in provincial court at a later date.
At about 3 p.m. police were called to the hospital again when it was reported that the 18-year-old had been uttering threats. He was charged with that offence and again released to appear in court at a later date.
