Family doctor shortage a threat to health care
A 37-year-old woman from Corner Brook has been arrested following the theft of a donation jar from a downtown business on Jan. 19.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary were able to locate the suspect after conducting an investigation of the theft of an undisclosed amount of money from the jar that was located on the store's front counter.
She will appear in provincial court on this charge and several other outstanding matters at a future date.
