Dirt bike impounded and ticket issued to 16-year-old from Kippens

A 16-year-old Kippens resident has been issued a ticket for operating an all-terrain vehicle without registration and the dirt bike he was driving was impounded.

This all happened after Bay St. George RCMP responded to a report of a dirt bike being driven recklessly at about 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday on Bruce Boulevard in Stephenville and police located the bike and driver.
