A missing Grand Falls-Windsor woman was located Sunday evening in a wooded area near the communtiy.
Around 5 a.m. earlier that day, the Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP received a call and 31-year-old Laura Baird was reported missing.
A RCMP police dog and the Exploits Ground Search and Rescue were dispachted to look for the woman. Police asked for the public's help and a helicopter was brought in to help with the search.
Just before 6 p.m., the woman was found in a wood area and brought to hospital.
