CONCEPTION BAY SOUTH, N.L. —

Two all-terrain vehicle drivers are facing multiple charges after being caught driving erratically in Conception Bay South on Sunday night.

One of the drivers was arrested and sent to jail to await a court appearance today after allegedly resisting arrest and breaching court orders.

Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officers responded to the erratic driving complaint, found the ATVs, conducted a stop and charged both drivers with operating and ATV outside of an approved area, operating without and insurance policy and impudent driving.

Both rigs were impounded.
