The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Corner Brook Region is requesting the assistance of the general public in providing information regarding a stolen motor vehicle.
On Monday, RNC Operational Patrol Services received a complaint from a resident of Corner Brook, who reported that sometime between 12:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Monday, a motor vehicle was stolen from the centre of the city.
The vehicle is described as a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, NL license plate: HXJ 095.
The vehicle is described as being a blue, four-door sedan with tinted windows. The vehicle was last seen in Grand Falls-Windsor.
The RNC Criminal Investigation Division is continuing the investigation into this theft. Anyone with information is asked to contact the RNC at 637-4100 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
