Advocates for Senior Citizens’ Rights handed a multi-page petition to MHAs Lorraine Michael and Paul Lane outside the Confederation Building Monday afternoon to be presented inside the House of Assembly during the afternoon’s sitting.

The petition contained more than 6,500 signatures of people demanding better treatment of seniors by the government, particularly regarding staffing levels in long-term care homes.
