- Accounts payable listing – February 2019 – $227,259.77.
- Stephenville Shooting Club – grant – $5,000.
- Town of Stephenville Economic Development Committee – grant – $1,000 for first prize in Navigate Entrepreneurship Program.
- Stephenville Cultural Destination Committee – grant - $31,738 for 2019 tourism activities.
- CONACH Consulting – $29,450 – award of proposal for the development of the town’s three-year strategic plan.
- Appointment of Assessment Review Commissioner – that the Town of Stephenville appoint Dennis Waterman as Assessment Review Commissioner.
- Business Tax Adjustments - $19,624.49.
- Remission of Tax – $967.68.
- Water and Sewer Tax Adjustments – $1,320.
- Property Tax Write-Offs – $3,656.79.
- Poll Tax Write-Offs – $955.44 and Adjustments – $318.48.
