Northern Peninsula woman dies in snowmobile accident

CROQUE, NL – A 74-year-old woman is dead following a snowmobile accident in Croque.

Roddickton RCMP say they responded to the accident at around 10:30 p.m. last night, April 22.

The woman, who was from Croque, died at the scene. She was the driver and lone occupant of the snowmobile.

Police continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
