You might have to dig out your winter boots, at least for a few hours. Residents of Port aux Basques are also dealing with fresh snow this morning.

The spring snow that blanketed parts of central Newfoundland yesterday, May 24, left much of the southwest coast untouched.

Environment Canada is predicting two centimetres of snow this morning, followed by five to 10 millimetres of rain and fog. Winds will hold steady at 30 kilometres per hour, gusting to 50, and up to 70 in the Wreckhouse area.
