A large camper was destroyed by fire Saturday night in St. John’s.
Firefighters with the St. John’s Regional were called out to the blaze at the rear of the former Roche’s garage on Brookfield Road and found the approximately thirty-foot-long trailer fully engulfed in flames. The recreational vehicle was parked next to several other vehicles behind the closed business.
Firefighters from Brookfield and Mount Pearl stations battled the fire with at least two pumpers full of water.
There were no injuries.
