Gander airport holding mock disaster Thursday

If you're at the Gander International Airport on Thursday and it seems like a disaster might be happening don't be alarmed.

The Gander International Airport Authority announced on Wednesday that there will a mock disaster conducted at the site today. 

The authority is advising people to expect signs of smoke and enhanced activity by emergency responders.

However, there is no cause for alarm.
