STEPHENVILLE, N.L. — A 51-year-old Stephenville man had his licence suspended and the vehicle he was driving seized after he was alleged to have failed a breath test early Saturday.
A prepared release from the Bay St. George RCMP said it was about 1 a.m. when police conducted a traffic stop on Main Street in Stephenville and administered the breath test that found the driver to be impaired.
The man has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court later.
