ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Confederation Building, Marine Institute, College of the North Atlantic are closed for the day a result of a water main break on Allandale Road in St. John's.
The RNC has also closed a portion of the road as a significantly-sized sinkhole has developed in the middle of the intersection.

Metrobus routes in the area have also been affected.

Meanwhile, the hundreds of people pouring out of Confederation Building is causing some major congestion on the parking lot.
It’s caused frustration for many trying to leave.
“Jesus, it’s going to take me two hours to get out of here!” one woman was heard yelling to a security guard who was directing traffic on the west end of the lot."
