HALIFAX — A Bedford man has been arrested in a hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian early Friday in Dartmouth.
A 57-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene on Pleasant Street.
Police say they got a tip about a parked car that might have been involved, and investigators were able to connect the vehicle to the accident.
A 24-year-old Bedford man will face charges of criminal negligence causing death and failure to stop at an accident scene.
