Angry elder Joel Benjamin was well and truly pissed off.
So cops say the 71-year-old Florida man used a water pistol loaded with his own pee and squirted his female neighbour in the face.
He was convicted of battery but will serve just a month in jail.
Bladder-busting Benjamin entered a no-contest plea during a court appearance.
He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and one-year probation that kicks off when he’s released from the Pinellas County Jail, The Smoking Gun reports.
In addition, he was fined $1,000 and is under orders to have no contact with his 50-year-old victim who was blasted with pee in April while walking her dog.
Benjamin reportedly approached the woman and “pulled out a water gun that contained his own urine” and squirted her “several times.”
He told The Smoking Gun : “I lost my f—ing temper and shot her in the face with my squirt gun filled with piss.”
Benjamin added it was an “egregious thing to do”.
But… and it’s a big but, the woman was spying on him as part of a deep state surveillance campaign against him.
He reportedly told cops he would “do it again”.
Victim and perp live in the same Gulfport housing complex.
