A California man whose name is “Sexy Vegan” had cops coughing up their carrots.
Hansel DeBartolo III, 37 — who legally changed his name to Sexy Vegan — was arrested for sexually assaulting his dog, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
The West Hollywood man has pleaded not guilty after he was charged with misdemeanour sexual assault on an animal and posting obscene matter.
Cops say that on Sept. 5, “Vegan posted a video on his social media account allegedly depicting inappropriate behaviour with a pit bull”.
The sickening activity gave investigators paws.
“Detectives found a video on social media of the suspect performing an act of bestiality,” Shirley Miller, spokesman for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, told KHTS-TV.
She added the investigation is still active and ongoing.
Miller said two dogs were confiscated. He’s in the slammer with bail set at $35,000 and is due back in court Oct. 10. Vegan faces a year in jail if convicted.
Sexy Vegan has a colourful past, according to KTLA-TV.
He has appeared on the Dr. Phil Show twice and is on probation in another jurisdiction.
On Dr. Phil, Vegan was escorted off the set by security. He was scantily clad and had unleashed an expletive-laden rant.
On his second appearance, he apologized.
He has apparently described himself as a 2020 presidential candidate. Is he the man the country needs now?
