An Australian mother is suing five men following the death of her son who she says was forced to inject his genitals with silicone as part of a sexual fetish.

Linda Chapman, along with her son Ben, launched the lawsuit in September in Washington state and stated her son Tank Hafertepen was manipulated to transform his body which ultimately led to his death on Oct. 15, 2018, according to The Daily Beast .

She is alleging wrongful death, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and civil conspiracy in the suit that named Dylan Hafertepen, Daniel Balderas Hafertepen, Charles Osborn, Matthew Scott, and Philip Myers.

Tank was involved in a polyamorous relationship in Seattle with the five men at the time of his death. As part of the group’s sexual lifestyle, Dylan acted as the “master” while the others were his submissives, or “pups.” To date Dylan, the others had to submit to his requests.

The suit states Tank legally changed his name from Jack Chapman and cut off all contact with his family at the request of Dylan.

The men were forced by Dylan to lift weights and eat large amounts of food. They also injected their penises and scrotums with a saline solution to temporarily enlarge them as part of Dylan’s sexual fetish, which was chronicled on Tumblr for their fans.

The men then graduated to dangerously injecting their genitals with silicone, which would provide a permanent enlargement.

Rolling Stone reported last year on the “pumping” fad in the gay community, which featured Tank’s death due to an embolism brought on by the silicone travelling through the bloodstream to his lungs, which hemorrhaged.

The suit states Tank’s family was not notified of his illness, hospitalization, nor death. It also stated Dylan did not contact Tank’s family until a week after his death.

Last year, Linda Chapman confronted Dylan in an Australian news affairs program and blamed him for her son’s death.

“What sort of person injects into their balls … What sort of person does that?” Chapman asked Dylan while in tears.

“Someone who feels so badly about themselves, someone who was vulnerable, who just wanted your love at any cost … and the cost of his life.”
