Albertha May Upwards

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Albertha may Upwards announce her passing on Monday, February 26th, 2018 at the Long Term Care Unit in Corner Brook in her 99th year. She will be sadly missed by her sister Beulah Simmonds and brother Edward (Sadie) Anderson, sisters-in-law Elizabeth Hussey, Lorraine (Eric) and Bessie Upwards. Her special nephew Dean (Delores). Also a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Calvin, parents Florence & Albert Anderson, brothers Joshua Anderson and Pye Anderson, mother and father-in-law Abigail & Enos Upwards, brothers and sisters-in-law Donald, Arthur, George (Margaret), Max, Walter (Columbine), Edgar (Joyce) and Alan Hussey and Amanda Anderson. Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 1st, 2018 at the United Church in Shoal Brook from 2-4 and 7-9pm. where also the funeral service will take place on Friday at 11:00am March 2nd, 2018 with Rev.
