RICKETTS Eva Florence (nee Park) McIvers, NL March 27, 1937 – June 17, 2019 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eva Florence Ricketts announce her passing on Monday, June 17, 2019 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 82 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Jocelyn, Murray (Gloria), Carrie (Bob), Blanche (Landon), Mark (Cinette), Jamie (Irene) and Jonathon (Krista); grandchildren: Carolann, Lois, Aaron, Lynette, Andrew, Curt, Ryan, Robert, Katherine, Clifford, Paige, Ariel, Rachel, Chase and Amber; 18 great-grandchildren: brothers: Austin (Susie) and Leo (Maxine); sister Betty; sister-in-law Daisy; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Chesley, daughter Dorcas, son-in-law Bert, parents Richard and Christina Park, sister Doreen, brothers Don and Lowell, half brothers and sisters Ben, George, Diana, Elizabeth, Olive and Ann. Friends visited The Church of the Epiphany in McIvers on Wednesday and Thursday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service was held on Friday, June 21 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Malcolm Palmer officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, McIvers.
