Hannah Mary Seymour-Ayres

SEYMOUR-AYRES Hannah Mary Passed peacefully away on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at the age of 83. Predeceased by her first husband, Garland Seymour; parents, John and Louisa Chafe; sisters: Joan Pack (Donald), Dorothy Noseworthy (Arthur), Alma Pack (Selby); brother, Andrew Chafe; sisters-in-law: Evelyn Skinner (Arthur), Mary Ayers; and brother-in-law, Tom Fudge (Classie). Leaving to mourn with precious and loving memories, her husband Clarence Ayers; her children: David (Ina), Dorothy (Bruce), Robert (Patricia); grandchildren: Andy, Matthew, Nikolas, Jonathon, Ava Jane and Anna Lynn; her brother, Alexander “Alex” Chafe (Lucy); sisters-in-law: Gladys Chafe and Ellen Greenlaw (Ken); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held from St. George’s Anglican Parish, Petty Harbour, on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 2:00pm with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Petty Harbour. Cremation has already taken place. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Kids Eat Smart Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador.
