Kathleen Mary Quigley

Pasadena, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kathleen Mary Quigley announce her passing at the Palliative Care Unit of Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at the age of 76 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 56 years, Dermot. Her sons: Patrick (Maureen), Shawn (Corinne) and Brian (Christina). Her sisters: Genevieve Rose (late husband Fred), Marjorie Lilly (Robert) and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Most beloved, Kathleen will always be remembered as a kind and loving wife, mother and friend. Her smile and warm personality were always present, and easily attracted people to her. “If you could not get along with Mom, then there would be no one you could get along with”, says her son Shawn. Visitation will take place at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church on Monday, March 26, 2018 from the hours of 7-9pm from where the funeral will take place on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 11:00 am with Father Gerard Patry officiating. At Kathleen’s request cremation is to follow after the service and interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers will be graciously accepted or memorial donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
