TRASK Mary Verena Stephenville Crossing, NL Mar. 12, 1918 – Aug. 20, 2019 It is with heavy hearts that the family of the Late Mary Verena Trask announce her passing on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center in Stephenville Crossing, NL at the age of 101 years. She will be forever remembered, loved and missed by her children: Myra (James T.) Willams, Walter (Dorothy) Trask, Claudine Taylor, Janetta Myron, Elaine (Joey) Downey, Marilyn (Wayne) Foran, Sharon (Wayne) Cormier, Grant (Jennifer) Trask, Randy (Tammy) Trask, Odell (Sandy) Archibald, Jerry Trask (Juanita Smith); grandchildren: Craig (Jessica) Williams, Grant Trask, Gary (Hayley) Trask, Serena (Paul) Brent, Richard & Cindy Taylor, Heather & Angela Myron, Marcus (Tanya) Downey, Stephanie Downey, Nicholas (Nicole) Foran, Jonathan (Valri) Foran, Jarrett (Tara) Cormier, Vanessa & Zachary Trask, Willam & Eric Trask, Stephen Archibald (Charlotte), Daniel (Janet) Archibald; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews other family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her husband Isaac John Trask; parents Walter & Ada Swyer; daughter Irene Ada Devoll; grandson Robert Archibald; sisters: Amelia Halbot, Hazel Swyer and brother Edward Swyer. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL on Thursday, August 22, 2019 between the hours of 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will take place from All Saints Anglican Church, Stephenville Crossing, NL on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 2 p.m. with The Rev. Canon Terry Rose and The Rev. Norman Cutler officiating. Interment in the Anglican Church Cemetery, Stephenville Crossing, NL will take place following the service.
