Sheila Mary Simpson (nee Little)

Humber Village, NL 1933 – 2018 Passed peacefully away at her home in Humber Village in the company of her family, Sheila Mary Simpson on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the age of 85 years. She leaves to mourn a very grateful family with nothing but good memories her husband of 57 years Ian Simpson; children: Angus, Mark (Nancy), Rebecca and Robin (Todd) Hollett; grandchildren: Katie, Tess, Heidi, Ainslie, Jenni and Ian; sister Margaret; brother John; as well as a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Sidney and Florence Little and sister Barbara. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Monday from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will he held on Tuesday, September 25th at 10:30 a.m. from the Cathedral of the St. John the Evangelist, Main Street with Archbishop Stewart Payne. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist or Western Environmental Center, Corner Brook.
