Shirley Elaine (Nee Taylor) Noel

NOEL Shirley Elaine (nee Taylor) November 5, 1930 – September 28, 2019 Born in Cow Head, NL (Formerly of Curling, NL) It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Elaine Noel (nee Taylor) on Saturday, September 28, 2019. She will be sadly missed but greatly remembered by all that knew her. Predeceased by her loving husband of 61 years, Ivan, and her precious grandson Neil. Leaving to mourn with a life full of wonderful memories, her 3 devoted daughters: Ruby (Gordon), Christine (Clyde) and Yvonne (Jim); her treasured grandchildren: Meredith (Steven), Stacey, Noel (Amanda), Paul (Nicole), Jonathon and Liam; her adored great-grandchildren: Dylan, Noah, Ella, Isaac, Wilson, Benjamin and Elizabeth; her sister Ruby; her brother Terry (Mary); as well as nieces, nephews, and many extended family and friends. We would like to thank the amazing, caring staff at the Corner Brook Long Term Care. Their love and support brought much comfort for her and all her family. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 2 at 11:00 AM from St. David of Wales Anglican Church in Pasadena with Rev. Steven Maki officiating. Interment to take place at a later date. In lieu of a visitation, a reception was held immediately following the service.
