McIvers, NL It is with great sorrow that the family of the late Wilfred Lovell announce his sudden passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, after a courageous battle with Mother Nature, on Monday, February 4, 2019 at the age of 68 years. Wilfred’s love for nature and the outdoors saw him to his final days and all that it presented. Wilfred leaves to mourn his partner Beatrice; mom Rosie; son Dewy (Janet); grandsons Jamie, Kobe; and his great-grandson Justin; his step-children: Flora (Boyce) Randell, Elaine Stagg, Jeanette (David) Combdon, Derrick (Renee) Cave, Carl (Barb) Cave, and Tanya (Stephen) Rideout; sisters: Beulah, Roseanne; brothers: Allen (Lorraine), Esau (Marjorie), Harold (Marina); brother-in-law Hughie (Sadie), Bill (Evelyn); and special friend Eric Park. Wilfred was predeceased by his wife Juanita (2012); father Esau; and sister-in-law Roseletta. A visitation for family and friends will be held from the Epiphany Anglican Church, McIvers on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 pm from where the funeral will also take place on Thursday, February, 7, 2019 at 2 PM with Reverend Malcolm Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at the Epiphany Anglican Cemetery in McIvers.
