DONGGUAN, China — Raptors’ head coach Nick Nurse, who is in China serving as the head coach for Canada, had a little nugget of news to share.

He has filled out his coaching staff with the duo of Fabulous Flournoy and Mark Tyndale replacing Jeremy Castlebury and Phil Handy on his staff.

Nurse, who coached with Flournoy in Birmingham England before the Fabulous one left to take over at Newcastle some 17 years ago joked he took Flournoy over to England and now he’s bringing him back.

Tyndale played at Temple and has made various stops through the G-League as well as a few overseas stops including Australia.

This will be his first coaching job.
