After the past two weekends of scheduled West Coast Senior Hockey League play have been wiped out due to winter storms, the league executive has been forced to do a little scheduling on the fly this week to ensure the playoffs get underway on time.

On Wednesday, at 7:30 p.m., the Corner Brook Royals will host the Stephenville Jets at the Corner Brook Civic Centre in what will be the Royals final regular season game.

Then, on Friday, the Jets will visit the Bruce II Sports Centre in Port aux Basques for an 8 p.m. showdown with the Mariners to officially conclude the regular campaign for both clubs.

The double round robin semifinal playoff format will then begin 8:30 p.m. on Saturday with the Royals taking on the Jets in Stephenville.

On Sunday, the Royals entertain the Mariners at 6 p.m.
