The West Side Monarchs blanked the Ford Mustangs 3-0 during opening game action from the annual Corner Brook Men’s Soccer Kick-Off Cup tournament at Wellington Street Sports Complex on Thursday evening thanks to a two-goal effort from Ryan Dawe and a single marker courtesy of Mike MacPhee.

In the late game between the Curling Rangers and Flynn’s Pub Tactics, the two teams battled to a 0-0 draw.
