With the temperature dropping outside, broomball players are getting ready to warm up.
The Corner Brook Broomball Association will hold its annual general meeting Monday 7:30 p.m. in Studios 3-4 in the Corner Brook Civic Centre annex.
The association operates a four-team men’s broomball league that sends a team to provincial tournaments on a regular basis and has been trying to grow the game on a minor level.
Any player, coach or official who has a keen interest in broomball is encouraged to attend the meeting to provide input in the direction of the sport moving forward or offer themselves up for a volunteer role on the league executive.
