CORNER BROOK: Winter slow to release its grip
Another stalled storm over the Labrador sea is serving up more wind and unseasonably cold temperatures. The last in a series of weak cold fronts rotating around the storm will cross the region on Tuesday. I don’t expect much more than clouds and a few flurries but the cool wind is going to pick up again behind the front. By Thursday, the centre of a fair weather system will bring the wind to the south and warm things up for a couple days. The first weekend of the spring season will start off windy and wet with but end with wind chill between -10 and -20. For you in Labrador City; closer to -30 across Labrador!
