Dustin Roberts, a 30-year-old Corner Brook man who breached the conditions of his release not once, but four times since his arrest for forcible confinement and assault in April, was denied bail in provincial court in Corner Brook on Tuesday afternoon. Roberts' latest arrest was on July 8, 2014 when he was charged with two breaches of the conditions of an undertaking or recognizance for an incident that occurred at a local bar. Roberts appeared calm when first entering court, but became upset when Judge Kymil Howe denied him bail. He’s scheduled to return to court on July 25, 2014.
