Chris Caseyâs goal in the 82nd proved to be the winner, while Tyler Lavers added an insurance marker in the 87th in the Corner Brook Molson Senior Menâs Soccer League win at WellingtonâStreet SportsâComplex.
Steve Vardy earned the clean sheet for theâMonarchs, withâZack Taylor taking the loss at the other end.
In other menâs soccer action on Wednesday night, the Health and PerformanceâHawks pulled off a second consecutive come-from-behind victory as they shocked the Sorrento Tactics FC at Ambrose OâReilly Memorial Pitch.
BrandonâEzekiel scored in the 90th minute to tie the game, then Ryan Vaters buried the clincher in the second minute of injury time before the final whistle sounded.
