A man who has spent much of this week in custody for breaching a court order was released from jail Friday.

Travis Ross Martin was arrested and charged with two offences in Corner Brook on Monday after breaching the curfew conditions of an undertaking he had been released on earlier that day.

The other offence was for failing to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

He was held in custody until a bail hearing could be arranged for Friday. He was released and had his next court appearance on the two counts of breaching the undertaking set for Nov 28.

Martin has court matters before then, as he also has two outstanding charges of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm set to be called for Oct. 24.
