The big move from the old town hall on Crescent Street to the new location in the former BAE-Newplan Group building at 34 Reid’s Lane is under way.

Because of the move, the town office will be closed Thursday and Friday. The town office is expected to resume business as usual at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

“We can’t wait to get up there,” Mayor Dean Ball said of the new building. “It’s going to be a huge difference.”

Anyone with an urgent need to contact the town during the disruption can contact the town via its after-hours emergency line at 635-2451.
